I have lists in my mind of friends I want to help as soon as I see a position open. You don't know how often I dream of saying, "so do you need someone....?" As soon as I'm on the firmest of ground and as I meet people I will start sending out as many life preservers as possible.
That said: If you knew HOW HARD the DOE made it for my principal to hire me, you'd know why so few people get hired.
